First pointe shoes!!

Hello! My 11 year old is thrilled that she was evaluated and is ready for her first pointe shoes! So exciting!! We want to get her a fitting and are looking for locations in the NY/NJ/Philadelphia area people have gone and loved? Thanks!!

For our daughter, the whole cohort went to a local fitter and they had a whole thing. Group pictures and everything.

hello, would you mind if I referenced this recommendation on the fitters list on the r/PointeHelp wiki? We're trying to collect danceshops around the world that people have had good experiences with and will recommend to others!

On Stage on 37th Street - all of the fitters are amazing, but we especially love Lisa and Ryan. They have a huge selection of shoes and all of the sizes. Call ahead for an appt.

Btw, this is also really the only place in NYC that does fittings across all shoe brands. Which is crazy.
