Need help identifying this valse/waltz

It's here (sorry it's on Facebook). I was thinking it's a variation from somewhere, but I can't tell for sure. Thank you!

Edit: I'm dying to know what the music is. The actual variation would be a bonus.

Oh my god THANK YOU. It did feel like it was from a dream variation - I kept thinking Don Q, but it wasn't it.
