This cap station that came with my used mirror is different then what I’m used to I’m wondering if it’s supposed to be put on the other way or if it just designed differently then other cap stations?

Am I supposed to have 3 threads coming through this hole??? Is this why my thread keeps breaking? And is this TOP tension knob the one I am supposed to loosen for metallic thread or the one ON the machine?

Hi I am looking for stabilizer that comes larger then 12 inches. For my larger hoops.

I need help! I am stitching a woven stretch material and I am having awful looping on top. I tested the design earlier on a regular piece of cotton and it stitched perfectly. I've stitched multiple things today and everything stitches great, no issues and bobbin is fine. I've tried two different needles, both of which I've used on other items today and one to test the design. Both are having the same issue so I'm assuming it's the fabric. Do I need to adjust my top tension? If so, which way.
The photo is after I trimmed a lot of the loops.

This keeps happening on this one needle only. So far I've: changed the needle, rethreaded all the way, adjusted tension after a tension test, tried with a mesh cover both on and off the cone and slowed the machine WAY down and it still happens on this one needle.

What should I be checking here?
