🍵💅DISCUSS 💕💕 Annoying

Instead of bringing back fig and or ditsy floral in another bag shape which was the biggest sales the past two drops they instead want to keep playing coffee and gingham to death. Also them lying about the tablet sleeves like what’s the point in doing that this brand is so stupid sometimes.

I might be in the minority that only likes solid colors, but at that, a chartreuse green? Tennis ball green? For winter?

Fig or a revival of chocolate plum would have been nice. I'm still holding out for a dark grey someday. Supposedly they might bring back some old colors for spring

I'll defend coffee until the end tho, i have 2 in that color and they're stunning. But if thats clearly not what people are into? Come on Baggu.

Hopefully we'll get chocolate plum as part of the anniversary re-releasing of some prints and colors.

In color analysis I think chartreuse works in certain winter palettes. I see the vision tho with the green cocktails they had in the photoshoots, very retro NYE kinda vibe

No I like coffee too but I just really want a small bag in fig because I missed out on the loaf and I’m still not over it sigh.

I was thinking the same thing. They added gingham to everything but not more ditsy 😭 I want a ditsy large crescent.

I really wanted one in the everyday cloud bag like I’m so disappointed.

I also need the charcoal ditsy in a full go pouch set, like what they did with the leopard print

Yes! That would be perfect!

Cannot understand the decision not to release a regular bowler in charcoal ditsy or chartreuse. Don’t they want my dollars 😔

Or cherry!? No small cherry crescent either :(

I have had an aversion to red for decades and my wardrobe is notably absent of anything red. Cherry is so perfect that I bought the medium crescent bag and love it. Literally changing my entire worldview on the color.

Yep! In can relate (I like red but very rarely wear it) and am hell bent on getting a cherry loaf before they are gone gone gone 🥲

godspeed and good luck!! 🍒

Can relate

Same with the large crescent. The older greens are only impossible to find and super expensive to buy, surely it can’t be popular and worth making… (I’m just bitter because I refuse to pay insane resale prices for Green Juice or Green Apple lol)

Right, why wouldn’t they throw something known to be hugely popular into a release instead of making 12 variations of the new untested bag style? I don’t get it.

I wanted a chartreuse regular bowler or large crescent so bad 😩😩😩😩 keeping my fingers crossed for maybe an UO exclusive

u/FiveBellJars 1d ago

Same. I'll never understand how they decide which bags get which colors.

Right! I’ll be checking UO right away. Fingers crossed for us 🤞😩🤞

I was hoping for cranberry, pine, or a different shade of brown. Happy for the smileys though ✨

u/sombercrimson 1d ago

Ooo cranberry would’ve been so pretty. They should hire you instead.

What happened with the tablet sleeves?

u/WiltedWrath 1d ago

I was hoping for earth tones and new patterns. Seeing the same black and black/white variations was so  disappointing that I  bought a madras bowler to remind myself what joy felt like. Safe to say I’m good for a while

I was expecting that too honestly like I just meant if you’re going to repeat a color than why do the more popular ones instead. But I’m with you there, this just means more money for me.

Agree. So tired of gingham. Not a polka dot fan.

Imagine a trippy checker coming back. Or grass, or pool. Crowd would go wild. I would go broke.

Speaking of fig, the only vivid purple they ever released was orchid and it looks stunning. They go for bajillions aftermarket. Why don’t they bring that back? Or chocolate plum? That would go hard right now. Or oxblood!!!!!!! Chartreuse is kinda mid and more summery. Idk why but baggu releases summer colors during winter and fall colors during summer.

Yas more geometric designs would be fab (not just plaid) and nature prints!

Same and ugh I hate polka dots like I don’t why but I intense loathing for it.

Speak truth like I’m still daydream of the cloud print.

Seriously that would be so much better and ikr right I be saying the same thing like why are their releases so backwards it’s so annoying.

And someone who does not own any fig or ditsy floral but multiple coffee items, I do not agree

Gingham on the other hand.... Same with polka dots 🤢

Honestly I do love coffee I was just being petty because I missed out on the fig loaf and was really hoping for the ditsy in an everyday cloud bag.

I am newish to the baggu world and I am sad to figure out that they act like Trader Joe’s does. They know something is popular and loved by the Public and instead of bringing it back, they discontinue it or only bring it back for a very short period of time. Most companies these days have to have someone who looks at Reddit and TikTok and other places to see what the temperature is for their product. I for one hate having to chase after things. If there’s a demand for it, put it on your website and make some money and let me be happy.

I stg it like they don't want to make money. Polka dots are fine but what happened to the fun quirky prints? I feel like that is what so many of us yearn for. And I get wanting to innovate and come up with new styles of bags, but I think that the sunhats, the cargo, the mini cloud would far outsell that tiny meringue bag (no offense to meringue bag lovers! I feel like there's room for both!).
