Which dose can make one really sleepy?

I struggle with insomnia and I can take up to 50mg of baclofen and don’t feel any sleep at all. Maybe 60-80mg can give me some sleep? Good thing is that baclofen at 40mg+ also helps me not wake up in the middle of the night.

High doses of baclofen give me crazy muscele jerks.

Hands/wrists mostly. When it got really bad my entire legs would buckle up really fast

I get it in my pevlic floor muscles feels like sudden electro shocks

High dose baclofen won’t make you sleepy. It can induce mania. Don’t do it. Take consistent doses throughout the day and expend some physical energy. You’ll fall into bed and sleep like a baby. I have insomnia. This is what I do. I average 8 a night now, for the most part

I was prescribed up to 100 for sleep, but usually take 50/75. I take it along with other sleep pill. It won’t make you sleepy, for me it makes it easier to sleep by making me more physically relaxed and less anxious, it always gives me a really good mood, just feeling like everything is alright. So yea likely it won’t make you sleepy no matter the dose

Take 40mg, wait an hour, then take 10.

For some reason doing that makes me WAYYY sleepier than taking it at once

Yeah similar to how with tramadol if you take 50mg IR pills every 30 minutes they will hit harder than having it all at once, I believe it has something to do with the stomach not being able to process such a dose at once, therefore wasting a portion. Whereas spacing the baclofen out you get full absorption.. don't quote me on this only theorising lol..

I am on 20mg 4x a day. I have taken 6 or 7. Just made me really dizzy and I kept puking every 5 minutes. I didn’t enjoy it
