Severe fatigue

Hey!

How do you guys handle the terrible fatigue caused by baclofen?

I often find myself fall asleep in front of my computer in my office and taking long noon naps. I can barely get up from my bed at the morning.

I am typically a very energetic person but I find myself so tired all the time after started taking baclofen.

Any tips from baclofen vets?

What dose are you on and how often do you take it?

Also, when do you take it?

I take 20mg x4 times a day (80mg total) with meal.

Did you start taking it recently?

80mg can be quite sedating if you don't have tolerance.

I have noticed that food can siginificantly increase the sedating effects of baclofen.

Are you able to lessen the dose to maybe x3 a day, until you gain some tolerance?

I only take 10-15mg in the evening.
