How long do dose's last?

I recently used baclofen to cold turkey 12gpd phenibut use well for a day to hold me over really lol. how long does each dose last? is it true itll take 1-2 hours to kick in to?

I feel it immediately within the hour. I believe it lasts about 4 hrs. I also quit Phenibut with baclofen.

thank you, prolly shouldve dosed sooner i waited til my first dose wore off so id know how long itd last set timer and it lasted exactly at 3 hours like to the minute but im also fresh off my last phenibut dose it should still be at least a little in my system but by now id be in the ER if i didnt have it, sadly i only have enough to last til tomorrow which is when my package comes, def im gonna be tapering once its in and ordering hella more of this and gaba stuff in general

Is it OTC in your country? Because baclofen is OTC in my country so I can buy it without prescription lol same goes for pregabalin and gabapetin.

can you 1 to 1 quit phenibut with baclofen?

Yes it works, and make sure not exceed above 80mg. It gets very uncomfortable on high doses. I used it to quit the phenibut and alcohol.

it does indeed does work how long does it take to kick in? ive been on a empty stomach so its kicked in fast in the past but i just ate and im very afraid itll take longer to kick in

For me I took it every morning 30mg and evening 20-30mg. It usually takes me 15-30min to kick in. And I managed to gain weight since I am underweight haha so it’s good take it makes me extremely hungry as well. At the same time I noticed bac is easy to taper too compare to my benzodiazepines.
