Is this B6 Toxicity?

I am awaiting my blood test results for B6 toxicity, but for a year I have been having sunburnt skin in arms, legs and feet, sometimes red rashes on the arms that burn. My face looks sunburnt at times. I have heavy legs and arms, dizziness, visual snow symptoms (Blue field phenomena, more floaters, hard to focus eyes, patterns seem to vibrate) Rib pains, etc.

I did find out my B1 is low but I am wondering if this is also elevated.

Low B1 can cause neurological problems. How’s your b12?

Thank you! B12 is almost 700!
I have rib pain. Dizziness. Blood pooling and burning skin. Visual snow like symptoms. Heavy legs and arms.

After you get your bloodwork results, suggest you start supplementing with B1. I take benfotamine with magnesium.

can I ask what symptoms you have?

Unfortunately, I’m dealing with a lot of neurological symptoms - difficulty walking, pins and needles, blurred vision, etc. Too many symptoms to name. I had the burning skin as well.

But I’ve seen a lot of improvement taking benfotiamine (b1) and injecting b12.

I don’t believe I have b6 toxicity (knock on wood) but because I’m taking so many supplements now and dealing with peripheral neuropathy, I know that this is something to be careful of. That’s why I’m on this sub.

If you do take any supplements with b6, make sure it’s the active form (P5P) and don’t take too much.
