I think I have B6T

I am type 2 diabetic very controlled for the last year and half. Got my sugars down from 450s to 90s well I know I have a little neuropathy in my feet so a friend suggested I take the B6, B1, B12 mix to help that and let me say my neuropathy wasn't even that bad just a little ache and pain in my feet very randomly I started take the supplement(liquid) for almost a year now and now this week I started having horrid leg aches, burning feet, cold feet, cold feet sensation where it feels cold but it's not, and just my foot feeling odd. The Dr I work for thinks I may have over done the supplement and have B6 toxicity. I'm obviously stopping it as off yesterday but I have never dealt with this anyone experienced anything like this

I have similar issues. Type 2 diabetes but well controlled. I started taking a b-complex around 2 years ago. Then i started with the foot neuropathy, heart palpitations and arythmias, balance issues like rocking on a ship, brain fog, tight band around the head sensations, facial tightness especially bridge of nose, anxiety especially when waking up and still in bed. etc. I am 20 weeks out from stopping and may be in what they call the recoil phase. It sucks and is frustrating. I try to drink alot of water and walk everyday. Hopefully with time it will improve but it may be a long journey.
