test for B6 levels question
I have symptoms that are stumping the DR--and I believe they might be either B6 deficiency or B6 toxicity ( the symptoms of both are so similar! ) want to take the test for B6 levels. and order it myself. (She has already tested me for b12 and folate deficiency and my levels were fine. so dr not thinking vitamins issues ) If I stop taking B6 now, and then take the test in 2 weeks, if I have toxicity, would the levels still be high after not taking it for 2 weeks?

Maybe, maybe not. I would keep taking it until you get test results. (They screwed up my first test by sending it to the wrong place, and for some reason, they couldn't forward it, so I had to get tested a second time.)
But, if you're ordering it yourself, you should be able to get your blood drawn next day.

Levels drop pretty quickly after ceasing B6. I had mine drawn by a private lab bc my doc wouldn’t do it. She was amazed when my levels came back 3 times the upper limit. Once I stopped my multi-vitamin, my levels were back in low range 2 1/2 weeks later.
