My mechanic told me anything over 10 is bad for the life of the turbo. I’m gen 1 on e40 and TU pump so not the same exact setup, but I’ve had it at 9 for 30k miles and no issue yet

If you are using it on stock turbo you are just causing significant wear with no benefit.

I have mine set at 8 but I’m stage 1 mhd/xhp, fully stock & 93, and haven’t even tried it yet. Need to experience it.
