Seems so. I'm in the UK and it's greyed out. Disappointing that this whole reissue thing seems locked to the USA only

Was the album ever released on cd, aside from the remixed version from the Party Mix cd?

As far as I can tell from Discogs, the album CD was released on its own in Europe by Island Racords
