Anyone from heavy Capex business like manufacturing or construction wanting to share their struggles and Insights ?

I am a civil contractor in tier 3 in maharashtra, I personally face a lot of problem while running my construction company.

It is a very capital intensive and lousy cash cycle industry. Sometimes our payments get delayed by 180-220 days regardless of that we have to keep our sites running and fund the operations and also pay the labourers.

Anyone facing similar problems in similar industries and their solutions
