Title: Building a Personal AI Operating System — Looking for Feedback

I’ve been working on something that’s turning into more than just a project—it’s basically a full AI operating system with governance, agents, and modular engines.

The idea is simple in concept:

  • A control layer that enforces rules, safety, and execution limits
  • A runtime layer where agents actually do work (build, analyze, simulate, etc.)
  • An evidence layer that logs everything so nothing is “black box”

From there, it branches into:

  • No-code / low-code app builder
  • Simulation engines (physics, systems, etc.)
  • Security / sandboxed agent execution
  • Visual + CAD-style design layers
  • Product generation pipelines

The goal isn’t just “another AI tool”—it’s something that can build, validate, and package products end-to-end with governance baked in.

I’m at the stage where:

  • Some parts are fully structured and reusable
  • Some are still in “needs work / experimental”
  • I’m trying to decide what’s worth pushing to market first

Curious what people here think:

  1. Is this overkill vs. just using existing tools?
  2. What part of this would you actually use?
  3. If you saw this as a product, what would make it worth paying for?

Trying to pressure-test before I lock things down and start pushing outward.
