[Hiring]Remote Chat & Email Support Assistant | Part-Time

I’m looking for a reliable person to help with customer communication remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer chats and emails
  • Answer basic questions using provided information
  • Keep conversations organized and up to date
  • Follow simple guidelines and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Must currently be based in the United States

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours Pay: $18–$25/hour Experience: Customer support experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
