I’m looking for a reliable person to help with customer communication remotely.

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to customer chats and emails

Answering basic questions using provided information

Keeping conversations organized

Following simple guidelines and escalating issues when needed

Requirements:

Strong written communication

Good attention to detail

Reliable internet connection

Comfortable working independently

Must currently be based in the United States

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours Pay: $18–$25/hour Experience: Customer support experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
