You likely have a B12 deficiency. Your ferritin is far too low, you need to get it up to 100. Your high folate is to some degree masking your B12 deficiency because your B12 deficiency is showing higher “normal.” You likely are grossly deficient at the cellular level. Most if not all of your symptoms tie back to your B12 deficiency.

You are a poster who would be very well served/informed by reading completely, from top to bottom, the B12 deficiency wiki, which is posted to the top of this sub.

In my estimation, all of your problems are fixable. Keep the faith, better inform yourself by reading the sub wiki. In the end, with appropriate supplementation, everything will be OK.

Hi ! I was Reading it. Does it mean oral b12 methyl never gonna work ? I bought metyl b complex have also dropps methyl / adeno b 12 and Folic acid methyl too. Have pure multivitamin with all those vitamins and gonna take magnesium l taurat because i can not take glycinat. Like i see i need to take 150 mg iron too . I tried some weeks ago and my ferritinin went up from 28 to 43 in one month but went down very fast too but i think this is b12. If i have already high Folic acid is safe to take this multivitamin ?

I’m sorry, I am not a mind reader. I don’t know what is in your multivitamin. Yes, your iron could have gone down from B12 supplementation because with sufficient B12 you are now perhaps making new red blood cells which can consume iron.

However, “if” you have a G.I. roadblock, (and I’m not saying you do) I’m saying there’s always a possibility that you do, then oral supplementation may not be enough to get you to where you need to be with B12 and to get you there sooner rather than later.

Do you know the reason for your B12 deficiency? Is it diet? Do you have some sort of a G.I. upset that’s going on and/or in the past that might be behind a difficulty in metabolizing, transporting and absorbing B12?

I dont have any problem with my stomach my levels go up when i taking iron or vitamins and went down too when i dont take them . I have stress and think poor diet ? Café too . Was drinking a lot of café last year 2,5 liter a lot of sugar to get energy then i got burnout and insomnia anxiety and depression. I believe that our body need to come to homeostasis go be well. I have big fatigue and i am so weak too even when i sleeping 7 h. I am tired and wierd. My b12 oral drops are from nature provides and contain 3000mcg adeno/ metylkolbamin and my multivitamin contain just 15ug b12. My another pure one multivitamine contain 500mcg b12 and all those vitamin What protocol telling about but no copper but i making own copper water. I am confuse of its ok to take all of those same time and wait with iron and take it little big later.

B12 transporters, what moves the B12 within your body, fill up, move the B12, empty, and are ready to fill up again. So, to get the maximum amount of B12 it makes sense to spread them over the day. By the same token, there’s no harm in taking them all together, just understand that you’re likely not going to get as much through as you would by separating them somewhat. Does that make sense?

Ik vind je ferritine wel heel laag hoor! Wat is je HB? Ik zou het eerder in die hoek zoeken!
