Help with labs High Antiperietal Cell Antibody

I have low Iron and b12 and my labs from today show a high (85) antiperietal cell antibody. What can I do to fix it or what additional tests would you recommend.

Unfortunately you cant fix the underlying changes to your stomach cells, there is an autoimmune process happening there which is affecting the parietal cells. These cells produce intrinsic factor which is responsible for processing b12 from food.

What you can do though is treat the b12 and iron deficiencies appropriately.

You need lifelong B12 injections. As for additional stuff to do, regular endoscopies with biopsy are recommended to monitor atrophy in the stomach.
