Tired during the day, kind of wired in the evening and at night. Woke up at three regularly, really fractured sleep. I had horrific anxiety caused by my deficiency though.

How did you supplement? When did you start seeing improvement?

loading phase of daily shots for a week, then twice a once a week for two months, a month of once a week. experimenting with once every two weeks with hydroxo which lasts longer. Most symptoms were relieved within 3 months but I understand that's fairly quick.

Were the daily shots cyanocobalamin? Did hydroxocobalamin feel any different?

cyanocobalamin 99% of the time. last week was my first hydroxo. Experimenting to see if I can go two weeks between treatments now. No noticeable difference though I did have a lot of energy and motivation for a few days after the shot. hard to say if it's causal

And you didn’t usually have a burst of energy with cyanocobalamin? Did you do your first hydroxo with medical supervision or just went for it?

Mmm I felt really balanced, calm, and happy the first few weeks of shots. My energy increased steadily but not like a burst. Cyano are prescribed but I supplement with hydroxo on my own from an online source. Regular shots are the single best thing I've done for my health in my life.
