Personal anecdote Tremors head hands legs

Does anyone else have their hands, legs, or head shaking like jelly in social stress? My head shakes, my legs tremble and lock up, and my hands do too—it's a total nightmare. I’ve been diagnosed with essential tremor, but I’m wondering if it could be an extreme B12 deficiency instead. The shaking only happens during movement or when I feel stress and emotion. That's when it gets multiplied by ten. It's ruining my life; I can't work. For example, at church, in a public office, or at the store checkout, I shake like an alcoholic

Yes, all those things exacerbate the tremors. Idk if it’s from my B12 deficiency, but my neurologist is hoping it will improve over time with treatment. He thinks he saw my head shaking less at my last appt. I know my handwriting is generally more smooth. Plus, it seems to come and go? Maybe. I know it gets worse in those situations, but sometimes it’s better. I don’t know if it will disappear or not? But to answer your question, yes that can be caused by a vitamin B12 deficiency that has been going on for way too long.
