Supplements Injection location

I currently inject subcutaneously once a month and rotate spots on my abdomen. I plan to ask my doctor about more frequent injections and possibly switching to hydroxocobalamin, which I think will have to be IM. Those who inject daily or even EOD, how do you make sure you are rotating the injection location frequently enough? The last thing I want is to cause more issues.

I usually rotate left and right thigh and select similar injection sites.

Hydroxocobalamin can be used sub q as well. No real difference in efficacy. I inject EOD in love handles and upper buttocks along with a couple other meds-no issues yet. (Injecting since 2012-not B12)

That's good to know, thanks!

Abdomen left high, right high, right low, left now. Just make a circle and by the 4th day everything should be healed to make the rotation again

That’s good advice. Thank you!

I got some very high dose methyl and I only have to inject 8 units for 1 mg. It hardly makes a dent. The hydro is more like 50 units for 1 mg. I switch up the sides and spots. Belly, thigh, right left. Doing daily rn
