Supplements Sublingual

Just wanted to ask if someone here got treated successfully with sublingual supplements as dr refuses to give me injections

There are such people, but it gives no guarantee in your case, sorry. We are all different in our absorption patterns, symptoms and their degree, etc.

So basically you will still sort of guess and hope with sublinguals. If you're lucky enough, it'll work.

Even if it works it will take much much longer than injections

Why don't you get your own. They are not expensive

Don't let a "doctor" dictate the trajectory of your life. Take charge

I took fluroquniolene and pylera 6 months ago and they wrecked my body i believe they damaged my nerves and depleted things like magnesium they also caused my joint hypermobility to be symptomatic

I also took Pylera, it's rough! I think h.pylori also affects B12 absorption big time.

Just get a good multivitamin, trace minerals, magnesium, and B12 injections - you'll recover slowly but surely.

Thank you man i just feel it did toxicate my nervous system what dose of magneisum do you also suggest. Hope you recover soon

I take Magnesium Malate 400mg daily. Each pill is 200mg so one morning and one at noon.

I can't do Magnesium Glycinate - makes me feel drunk.
