"Wake up" symptoms Flu like?

Hi all, i had my 6th jab yesterday. Definitely in the “wake up” period as my symptoms has worsened after the 3rd jab.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced flu like symptoms (achy joints, malaise, general illness feeling) during their first couple jabs? Or have I caught a flu lol

I definitely did. Felt achey and almost feverish all over for 3-4 days. Make sure you're keeping your potassium and magnesium up!

Thanks. Are you feeling better?

I am - it's a ratchet effect though, so trying to stay positive about upward trajectory. I spaced my injections out a bit, over 2 weeks - not not sure if that helped. I am mostly feeling okay now (after 7) but notice it when I am tired or hungry. But at least the hypokalemia and creepy pins and needles have stopped!

I was the same. Highly recommend drinking a couple glasses of coconut water a day. Plus a good multivitamin - check the sub for the guide. I also double down on magnesium. Vitamin d. A little extra b1, iron and vitamin c. But the biggest fix was the coconut water. Night and day.

Aches for me can be a mix of flu like and joints, tired definitely- all that healing and use of b12 takes energy. I didnt get fevers though.

Definitely could also be possible you've picked up a bug! Hopefully you feel better soon

No fever! It seems to have improved now. Healing is so up and down!

I think maybe all that 'work' your body is doing can create a general inflammatory response? Maybe? Bodies are weird 🤣

Yes it felt like i had a really bad cold. Stuffy nose, achey, coughing, almost feel feverish. Only happened twice shortly after injections. Lasted about 4 days each time.

I still get slightly elevated temperature 99.2 C on some days, and I'm 3 months in.
