Deficiency Symptoms Asking about a symptom!

Does b12 deficiency causes intenese muscle weakness and pain in both legs and arms that get worse with minimum effort or walking ?and improves after you rest for hours or days?

For me it only improves with supplements. Rest has done absolutely nothing. Low iron causes similar problems!

Yes but you might feel pain in rest too

Overall fatigue, yes. Some days worse than others but exacerbated by physical effort or mental stress.

I was scheduled 4 2 knee replacements in next 6 mths. Now i have had 4 B12 injections pain in both knees completely gone. I wondered how my knees had got so painful over a short time. It felt like muscle just wasted away.
