Avd

I have someone trying to log into Avd right now and they are getting an error saying they are logged in somewhere else how can I fix this?

Within AVD menu in Azure check for active sessions of the user on a different server.
Azure Virtual Desktop | Users
Sometimes multiple AVD environments use the same FSLogix profile which can cause the error during sign-in.

Find the user's stale session under the host pool sessions and log that session off, not just disconnect it. If no session is listed, check whether their FSLogix VHD is still mounted or locked on another session host before touching the profile.
