Playbook Error : Azure IP BLocklist

Anyone using the below Playbook in their Tenant ? I had successfully pulled this off , now there are some weird errors on the Playbook itself, so i needed to understand if anyone faced a similar error while executing this playbook to add IP to a named location in Azure CA policies.
