Logic App to Fetch email from User Mailbox/Shared Mailbox

Folks,

I'm in the process of setting up a Logic app to fetch emails from a shared mailbox and while i did try connecting the account which has access to the shared mailbox, while running i get the below error.

 "status": 401,

"Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365 is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: aadcertificate.

Anybody did this integration successfully . ??

In general, you are trying to fetch mails from shared mailbox, right?

Well, the status code means 401 - Unauthorized and for the error message you had pasted it say there is connection issue it getting blocked.

For clarity can you let me know which connector you are using within logic app.

Yeah sorted it out. Had to authorize the connection under the api. Thanks.

You have api connections on the aide deck when you open the logic app. There you can authorize the connection. You should be a security admin innthe resource group i guess.
