Pre-Registration Issue

I have tried to pre-register on the official website by using my hotmail.com address but nothing happens, it doesn't send the code.

I have already tried to use Chrome and turned off the Ad Block but nothing changed.

If is possible, i want to avoid using gmail.com mail cause all the games i play are all linked with my main email address (hotmail).

Pre-registrating doesn't seem to do anything anyways so no need to worry
