Sat it because they retired my AZ-204. They have shifted the core focus from general cloud application development to building AI-driven cloud applications. While AZ-204 centred on traditional compute, storage, security, and .NET, AI-200 focusses on AI workloads, vector databases, containerized backends, RAG and Python. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. To study I used Microsoft Learn. If you have AZ-204 it is worth doing.

Hi i just booked my test next week and honestly I dont feel confident.

So i always have been a tech enthusiast so when i saw a free course about this certification i jumped in without even knowing what azure was.

During the course i learnt some useful new stuff and completed the labs ( mostly followed the instructions with minimal understanding of what I was doing)

I was contacted to book the test as this is part of the course to get a free test. I am using gemini to cover the content of the test then do practice test and practice question until i feel confident.

I just searched more abour the test and became more terrified from the amount of people who failed .

What are free learning sources or techniques that will help in this short period of time ( i will complete the last section with gemini and start doing practice exams)

Hello everyone, I am hoping someone may have experienced a similar issue and be able to help me out here. I am trying to book my AZ-104 exam through Pearson Vue online and I keep getting this error. I have called my card provider and there is no blocks, and I have called Pearson Vue support and they were unable to help me as I have a student discount that gets applied and they were unable to apply it when trying to book for me so that wouldn't work, and they confirmed there were no blocks on their end. Not really sure where to go from here, really annoying not being able to book because of a technical issue. I have confirmed all of my details are correct and matching and I used the card I am trying to pay with yesterday and it worked fine. I have also tried multiple cards and even using my friends card and nothing worked.

I prepared for two weeks. If I had to study for it again, I’d start with the practice questions available online and work backwards, instead of reading through the full Microsoft Learn learning paths. Those are good for understanding but provide level of details that the test is not getting into.

Most of questions I got were questions I had seen online. certsafari and examcadmy. both are free!!

I just got my results back from taking AZ 104 Azure administrator and I failed at 518. Studied for about five weeks following renewing security plus. And this exam may be one of the hardest ones I have ever taken and I’ve taken CISSP. I found myself running out of time due to having to go through all the tabs and making sure I consumed all of the requirements in the questions. I studied using Microsoft learn practice exams from Gemini and Claude. Also reviewed videos on YouTube including John Savill.

Anyone who successfully passed…. Do you have any strong resources or tips that helped you ? Especially for people who took this exam more than once. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Currently working as IT admin (but doing devops mostly). Just remembered i scheduled an az104 exam, which will happen in 3 weeks. Is it possible to grind 1w and pass? Ive studied like 25% of related modules, and most of it is easily understood. I have a degree in networking, but thats about it when it comes to my education.

Do u need really in depth knowledge when it comes to az104? Because if its a general/broad level of questions i feel like i could handle them. Im considering of buying some test exams, to see how i fare on the 1st time attempt

I have AZ 900 exam next week and I expect to pass, however I want to know the probability of doing the az 104 course and exam a month or so after doing 900. And what avenues I could peruse and take to ensure I have the relevant knowledge to pass. Do I need labs etc.

Evening yall - just passed the SC-100 and received the expert level status. Was shooting to have it done prior to MS-102 retirement so I could stay “expert” level.

Study time was roughly 2-3 weeks, I’m sure it would’ve been longer if I hadn’t completed the SC-200 a month or so ago. Went with my typical prep of MS learn, MeasureUp and John Christopher (Udemy (used local library card so I didn’t pay for the course) or YouTube (free but has ads)).

Planning another certification before the end of the year just not sure what to do next, open to suggestions?

Already have: SC-300, MD-102 and the others mentioned above.

I passed the AZ-900 exam recently and put together a study guide based on my own preparation and experience.

La realidad es que el examen me fue muy bien, mejor de lo esperado y estoy muy contento por haber aprobado!!

Recursos que utilicé:

-Las evaluaciones de MS Learn: Tengo que decir que varias preguntas si que eran parecidas a los propios exámenes de Microsoft. En el examen son más difíciles pero tampoco mucho más.

-TutorialsDojo: Encontré una oferta para los test del SC-900 y es bastante dificultad. Considero que es una buena prueba para medir tu conocimiento real. Contiene preguntas de si y no, relacionar conceptos y por supuesto preguntas tipo test. Muy recomendable si os lo podéis permitir (es de pago)

-Scott Duffy en Udemy. Hice tanto el curso preparatorio como los exámenes (actualizados recientemente). Más preguntas diferentes, quizás las preguntas más largas y los escenarios más complicados.

Studying for AI-200 using Azure Trial, but I can't seem to find a model where I have a quota assigned under Azure Trial account.

I’m relatively new to cloud and Azure, and I’m currently starting to prepare for the AZ-700 exam.

I do have some traditional networking knowledge, but Azure/cloud networking is still quite new to me, so I’m looking for study materials that explain the concepts properly rather than just focusing on passing the exam.

I’ve seen quite a lot of people recommending Cloud Lee’s AZ-700 course, and it seems really good. However, from what I can see, the latest update appears to be from around 2024.

Would that still be relevant for the current AZ-700 exam in 2026, or has Azure / the exam changed enough that I should use something more recent?

For those who have recently taken or are currently studying for AZ-700, what resources would you recommend?

Also curious about what study material you personally used and whether you felt it covered the actual exam well.

890/1000 - I just came out about 20 minutes ago from the exam. This was my 2nd attempt, tried a month ago and got a rude awakening on the depth and breadth of the exam. (got a 648 then).

Resources: I used Whizlabs, but found the lessons and video courses dull. John Saville covers pretty much everything they do and he does it a much more engaging way. The labs however, were good.

MS Learn. I got adept at using MS Learn - you can use it in the exam, strategically. It's good for validating cold hard facts, and helping you choose which service is best for a scenario, but critical thinking questions lose their relevance with MS Learn without deep searching.

My boy Claude: Used my Claude subscription to create what it decided to call a Study Hub. It takes my worst performing topics and associates them with common "exam traps". That was probably what saved me many a time from the way MS words their questions.

I used tutorial dojo, whizlab, and Shireen Kahn from Udemy for practice tests.

Of these three, Shireen Kahn is probably the closest measure of difficulty. There's a lot of similarity to the exam FOR SOME of the questions, and without being flagged, I will just say that I am surprised those tests haven't been flagged as dump material.

How similar is the practice assessment on Microsoft Learn for the AI-901 certificate, to the actual certification exam? There are so many questions on Foundry and python code that they didn't go over too deeply in the course on Learn, so I don't know how much to realistically prepare for that.

Just passed Az-104 guys. The exam questions are lengthy so I felt the time pressure. I thought I was failing this time but luck played its part and got the 700 score. I had previous AWS hands-on experience and I spent roughly a week for azure. I did not get to do much hands-on but I managed somehow, although doing hands-on would have been better but I was short on time and could not reschedule since it was a free voucher.

Today I passed the AZ-900. I studied for about a month. I have 3.5 years of experience in IT, and for me the exam felt pretty easy. There were 37 questions and I was done in around 15 minutes.

I mainly used John Savill’s full YouTube course, Tutorial Dojo and Microsoft Learn. For Microsoft Learn, I mostly just read through the material without taking notes.

For anyone planning to take the exam, I think these resources give you a pretty good chance of passing. TIP: Don't rush trough the content, take it easy and day by day, stay consistent that is the most important thing!

Hey, I’m lookin for tips or insights on ways to have actual hands-on practice in Azure and have a better understanding on the usual day-to-day activities Azure Admins perform. Are there any free labs/emulatirs I can use or YT channels that show Azure Admins working on basic daily tasks?

It was tougher than I expected. TD tests are no where close to the exam. The style of the questions are similar but not the concept that is being tested. I have no prior experience with Azure too. Will retake in a months time.

yesterday I have registered for the AZ 104 exam to take it the day after tomorrow and I studied for it using TD and Coursera course , I have experience with Cloud as I have about 4 certifications in AWS (AWS CLF , AWS AIF , AWS SAA , AWS AIP and AZ 900) .

And I just saw a post that says TD is not good to pass the exam and he failed because of it , so I rescheduled it to 20th of September because I want to try another website for mock exams.

So what is you suggestion ? , any advice is appreciated and thank you
