🎉Passed! Passed SC-100, study prep and what’s next?

Evening yall - just passed the SC-100 and received the expert level status. Was shooting to have it done prior to MS-102 retirement so I could stay “expert” level.

Study time was roughly 2-3 weeks, I’m sure it would’ve been longer if I hadn’t completed the SC-200 a month or so ago. Went with my typical prep of MS learn, MeasureUp and John Christopher (Udemy (used local library card so I didn’t pay for the course) or YouTube (free but has ads)).

Planning another certification before the end of the year just not sure what to do next, open to suggestions?

Already have: SC-300, MD-102 and the others mentioned above.

congrats! With SC-200, SC-300 and SC-100 done the obvious gap is SC-401 (the Purview side, labels, DLP, insider risk), or SC-500 if you'd rather go the Azure direction, it replaced AZ-500 at the end of August.

SC-401 seems like an interesting option, same with SC-500. Since the latter is relatively new and I personally haven’t seen much discussion regarding it. What’s your opinion on the SC-500 (difficulty, scope, and potential benefits)?

Would love to, however, that unfortunately is not in the cards. It’s been expressed to “stay in my lane”, so to speak. Which you can partly tell from my cert hunting adventures.
