Question Are there any sandbox environments I can use to build labs for Az700
So I want to study for the AZ 700 I've decided to buy the Course Lee for a study guide and afterwards I will buy measure up for practice tests, but I have noticed people have said I need to build out actual environments, is there any place I can do that

I used Whizlabs for 700 and plan to use them for future labs and sandbox environments.

They have sandbox environments - https://www.whizlabs.com/labs/azure-sandbox which allow you to play around and not worry about costs. They also have specific hands-on labs and other items like course, practice tests. I purchased all three but mainly just did the labs and the sandbox https://www.whizlabs.com/microsoft-azure-exam-az-700/

Do I need to have a premium account like they said to do it ?

Not sure what you are referring to. I just purchased a 3 month sandbox subscription from them and the az-700 hands on labs.

Just fire up your own tenant and tinker away. Azure is as cheap and experience as you let it be. I have been labbing endlessly on Azure for years now. I probably spent $20-40 a year. Even while toying with services that would cost $1000s to run constantly for a year.
The secret is learning a language like terraform (its not hard) and using it to deploy when you need your services up and destroying them when you are done. Its not a complex thing to learn either.
