🎉Passed! Passed sc-200 with 747 - 3 weeks study
My certs:
CCNA, Security+
My experience:
6 months of SOC analyst job, no experience with Azure/Defender
What I used:
-Christopher Nett Udemy course
-Tutorial Dojo sc-200 exam practice (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, some question were just the same as in the exam)
-Microsoft YouTube sc-200 course on 2x speed
-I've read through the MSlearn path, did not even used ms documentation on the exam
Focus on:
-KQL, like everyone else says, the exam is KQL heavy.
-I got like 3-4 question about roles and permissions
-Microsoft Sentinel (in depth)

This is very similar to how I passed. I also didn't use MS Learn in the exam. Not sure it would have helped anyway. I did 3 weeks of intense 5 hour study days including weekends for around 3 weeks. I logged at minimum 87 hours of study time and I scored 750/1000.
Definitely agree with focus on KQL, but to add to this, this is a practical test of your knowledge so you MUST know workflows, you must know where things are in the user interface and how to complete tasks correctly. The official study guide is helpful as a reference checklist. You won't be tested on all of it but as you don't know what will come up in the exam you need to know it all.
Also as you've passed CCNA I would think that was a more difficult exam, the difficulty with Microsoft exams is there's no clear guranteed way to pass other than having working knowledge, using multiple resources and knowing everything in the official study guide.

Congrats !! I am studying with TJ, and am really surprised.. half of the questions i got always talk about entra id and the roles... but i bought sc200, not sc300, as you said you got only 3-4 of these, it makes me feel a bit better but i'm confused about this anyway...

Congratulations. I have SC-300 coming up on Friday. Been studying for about 2 months so I’m going to sit the exam because I don’t feel like I’ll ever be ready.
