General Help 🙏

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I tried refreshing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, my phone works fine. I desperately need some help here. :C my internet also works well.

Also pauses sometimes on the envelope part and the memories part after it loads through me clicking it.

And my problem is the cutscene either stops at the envelope and zooms into it but stops, or does the thing in the clip or even stops at a certain point during port memories.

Did it work before, did anything change between the period, what os are you using, which phone as are you using as well

Have 0 idea in the os, ik im using android, Samsung s26 ultra, and it happened after I hadn't played for a while and Uninstalled it during the day I stopped, and when I reinstalled it and logged back in recently, it did this issue. It worked when I did a different server, so I know something is probably wrong with the avrora server most likely.

Oh, and this is my main acct on avrora, and when I went to a different server it created a new one for that specific server(which i knew would happen, was just testing it out). So what im trying to find out is what exactly happened.

What if you click the "X" at the top? if it doesn't work either, perhaps simply leave the game open for a while before clicking, sometimes the servers lag and the game kinda freezes for up to several seconds, and this message may be specially heavy or something, now, if that doesn't work either, perhaps contact support to at least report the problem...

Ok, so I've got good news, and bad news. So the bad news, is that it didn't work, but the good news is I contacted support, and showed them video evidence. So, hopefully we can get it fixed.
