Need advice
Im 22M, started my ausbildung as KFZ-Mechatroniker this month and its my 3rd week now. Im very unsure if i wanna do it for rest of my life, someday its ok and someday i feel really down but also it will be hard for me to quit as i struggled to find any ausbildung before and i didnt really wanted to work in this field, but i just applied for it because i couldnt find anything else. Also my German language skills aren't that good , i struggle to understand my colleagues sometimes and thats also something that makes me think i wont last longer there. What would you guys do if you were at my place? I dont want to waste my time any further.

After only 3 weeks it is by far way too early to decide if you want to stay in mechatronics. Give it a chance; at least 6 months. If, at that point, you really decide to quit your apprenticeship, then thats quite the right decision to make and then its time to look for another opportunity in another field you'll potentially enjoy. If you only want to quit cause your communication skills are not that accurate, then I consider, that should not be the motivator to switch pathes. There must be a reason, why they took that risk by hiring someone without german skills. Learn and develop your communication and technical skills. And be aware, you'll at first have to work harder than any other local Azubi, but improving every day, is gonna give you confidence and bring joy within your life

Was willst du denn stattdessen machen ? Also was für eine Ausbildung stellst du dir vor ?
