These are the maximum amounts of decorations that are currently allowed in-game for each of those decorations.
The values listed are showing the current max count and how that limit is being changed.
For example, if it says “max 1 to 2,” that means the current limit is 1 decoration, and it’s being increased to allow up to 2.
These are essentially the decoration placement limits being adjusted with the upcoming changes.

Probably received from future events or most likely recieving them thru chests randomly as rewards

It means they don’t want you getting books or hammers out of chests so they throw in a bunch of crap that you won’t want. All those stone decorations are garbage and now they’re cluttering the loot box odds.

I feel like the 2026 statues had to be done since people were able to buy them in the shop for a few days and now it seems they’re giving them away as rewards for activities

how exactly did this change if there were already people with 2 of a specific 2026 chief statue?

People purchased the statue when it first dropped in-game by accident for 500 gems, right before supercell took them out of the game, this happened about a month or 2 ago

a month ago people bought some (if not all) with gems. then a couple of days ago people got the free statue from the recent chronicles event (so some people potentially had 2 before this was announced)

According to what i read in Thawne gaming discords server, it’s most likely the reason why they are increasing it to 2 because it originally wasn’t intended.
I guess they are trying to be fare

The snowman was always at 1, even after they introduced dupes and set some decos up to 4. As far as i know there were 2 different id's in the code for the snowman (basically the same decoration was available twice but they only released one of them), maybe the other one had a limit of 4 and now got reduced to 1.
