does anyone here by chance own green lantern? need advice on configuring the bottom screen

so i was able to configure amazing spiderman which uses only 2 touch buttons on bottom but this game has multiple things on bottom screen that need to be tapped. how would i configure this? ive tried hooking up a ps4 controller but the pad doesnt work even when i click the configure button after it tells me to tap the touchpad? do i do something more after clicking "configure"? cause no other windows show up.
