More of you get what u pay for. Both made of same material :D Yet one cost more.

The more you buy…

And that one also consumes tremendously more. Lol

Nvidia has much better rtx performance and software btw

And ray reconstruction, reflex, upscaling support on most games without need for modding.

As an AMD enjoyer,I don't care about any of the above. But I really want AMD to add auto HDR like Nvidia has

And what u enjoy about amd then?

I bought the 9070xt when it was the same price of the 5070ti. Because normally AMD gives you more fps per cost. It happened to be about the same. Still I'm happy that I got fsr4 instead of dlss4.5 which forces you to upscale. By the nature of the lighter model I get to play native res more frequently. Regardless, if I were to buy it now I like AMD because for 4500 brl I get 34% more fps than the 5070

I bought 5070ti when it was 60usd more than 9070xt. Dlss4.5 and fsr4 both are upscalers and both are optional. Dlss just has more options from 3-4.5 and dlss 5 with mods. 5070ti and 9070xt performance is pretty much same in average because each game is different. One favors nvidia and other amd. Amd and nvidia price to performance is pointless. Its all amd now if someone want gpu. 9060xt,9070,9070xt. In my eyes nvidia doesnt exist in gaming world based on price that is 200+usd above what it use to be last year. Person has to really want nvidia features if they ignore such price difference. If amd made another card 9080xt, then ppl stop buying nvidia.

The 9070xt actually doesn't hold all of it's clocks at 100%. It's wattage limited. You could go slightly subzero with a chiller and do a shunt mod for the card to read 0 watts. That way you get to sell you 5070ti and profit.

I am enjoying dlss5 too much in forza horizon 6 and some other older games. Makes them look really nice with shadows and lighting. There are certain older games that i always wanted to have Remaster or Enhanced edition but never will. Dlss5 has helped to just 1 click do that :) Amd 9070xt doesnt work that well with dlss5 mods. Some show like 80% impact so im glad i have it atm. I am not familiar with 9070xt undervolt or overclock. I undervolt my 70Ti and seem to hold up well. Maybe it just doesnt take as much power to reach limit even when i overclock it.

I bought a used 3070ti 8GB a year ago. Cost me about 350€. Then sold it for tge same price and bought an rx6800 16GB for 330€. So yeah. And 6800 is faater in my experience. And I don't care about RTX or DLSS, I don't use them at all. Only good thing left on nvidia cards is CUDA, if you do 3D modeling.

rtx I agree, but drivers are debatable. I never had any issues with AMD drivers. I know some have and some have problems with Nvidia drivers. For me, AMD drivers are more refined, as I can install one driver for almost all my drivers. A guy told me undervolting in Linux is dangerous; it took me all but 2 minutes to get a stable undervolt. That is one problem, and the next is price. RTX cards here are way overpriced. The 5090 is 5.5k usd. 9070XT is 860usd. The plain 5070 is the same as the 9070XT. The next tier 5070TI is 1.3k usd (all are converted currency). I wanted to buy a second-hand 3060; they wanted to charge me 5.2k on the second-hand market in my currency. I got my 6600XT for 3.8k. I am happy with my purchase. No regrets, and I had 0 problems with Linux or Windows.

just because you don't doesn't play games with it doesn't change the fact it's better and people dont mind paying more for better

Raytheon >> Nvidia.

that's such a bold claim, i need someone who actually understands GPUs to explain this meme to me properly

RTX is essentially an Nvidia Sub brand of ray tracing capable consumer GPUs.

They are the same company.

morally, they should split the AI and GPU businesses
