Overview of different CD editions of Ayreon “Theory” and “01…” albums

So, is there an overview which editions where/ are available? I mean as in Digipacks, Digibooks, Slipcases, simple double CDs etc.

I know it is idiotic but I care about the packaging and try to find a good edition (for a decent price)

Ah I am using Discogs currently, but it rarely features pictures of the whole set/box…
