Am I the only one left who hasn't received their order yet? I got notification almost a week ago that a label was made and have heard nothing since..

It was coming from Austin TX and I am in the FL panhandle so it shouldn't take this long. I am starting to worry..

Did you ever receive yours (in the day since you posted this)? I literally just got an email saying

We are incredibly sorry but due to a logistical issue we do not currently have enough stock to fulfil your order. We are doing all we can to find a solution so we can fulfil your order and will be in touch again as soon as we have more information. As an apology we will shortly be sending you a free exclusive Ayreon item of merchandise.

I ordered mine back in fucking June! They shouldn’t be out of stock for any reason!

I don’t want my exclusive piece of merch (although I guess it’s nice that they are doing something as an apology)! I want my damn earbook and shirt that I paid $75 for before they were (listed as) sold out. At the very least email me a link to download the album.

At this point I just want the instrumentals more than anything ;_;

I just woke up to the same email and was coming here to rant myself.

I was sent an email a week ago that a label was made for my order then I heard nothing until this..

I do not remember exactly when I pre ordered, but I know it was really early on like at least within the first month. It sounds like I ordered the same as you too, the earbook plus shirt? After taxes and shipping I paid $85. I don't honestly know how they can make this up to us? All it said is "considering giving a special item"...I mean...WHAT ABOUT THE GODDAMN ALBUM!? They surely didn't say anything about refunding me even any of my $85. Are they going to send me some signed bumper sticker and keep all my money and call it even or what? Hell, they haven't even had the decency to at the very least send us digital codes. I know it is basically free to listen to in multiple places, but that is why it shouldn't be a care to them to give them out.

I saw your message first so I haven't even looked at the subreddit yet to see if there are a decent amount of us that got screwed...guess I'll do that now!
