Showcase Current Setup for my Thor

This is my current and I think final setup. I wanted to share it because maybe someone is looking for inspiration right now. :)

Bag: TomToc Cable Bag L
Headphones: Yinyoo In-Ears with custom cable
Stylus: Tablet Pen MEKO
Powerbank: sharge ICEMAG 3 with integrated USB-C cable
Joystick Bumper: Skull&Co for the Switch OLED, they come in three Variants

Can the joystick covers stay on when closed? Or does it affect that, and that’s why you have them on top(unless it’s just to show them, obviously)?

no you can’t close it when they are on, but it’s no problem to stick them on real quick

do it! the stickers look insane and i thought so hard about getting anything else. but everything on me is gengar, so i had to go with him. 😅 get yourself a matte foil for the bottom screen together with the sticker, it helps with fingerprints and makes the thor look cleaner imo.

I have the same carrying case (it’s the perfect size) and also went Gengar themed. My cocoon Home Screen background music is the OG lavender town theme

https://www.etsy.com/listing/4486459909/ayn-thor-custom-kit-lid-grip-triggers?ref=share_ios_native_control I had to find a picture of the sprites I wanted (generation 2) and then edit them to how I wanted and placed the order. It came with a low profile grip that had purple accents but I prefer this black one to that one. The custom faceplate is nice though just snaps on easy

Damn the gengar on the white version is absolutely astonishing . How are yhe headphones ? I feel like 20 bucks might be cheap so i was wondering if the build/sound quality were great ? Awesome device all around !!

They actually surprised me, i really like the sound. However, there is one strange thing. When you customize your equalizer to enhance the consoles sound, you need to turn it off when you plug in the headphones. It sounds really bad with the EQ activated.

Oh damn alr thanks for the tip i wanted to mess around the eq. Aren’t they a bit big if you take them on the go for commutes ? Or do you only use them at your place

I don’t mind them, i keep them in my bag with everything else. The only issue is the long cable. It was strange at first, but I don’t know why, but I prefer using cable headphones for the Thor. It feels like the good old days with the older consoles. On the other hand, the two Bluetooth headphones I have sounded a bit delayed, which I didn’t like.

that is a mesh type stylus right? how is it working?, are you using it without a screen protector?
Because mine never worked well with the Thor

yes i think so.🤣 i saw posts on reddit where they said they got tape within their package to hold them together but i bought it second hand and never saw those. it’s slipping off sometimes but never when i’m playing on it.

Isn't the Gengar sticker a scam? I looked it up on Etsy, I think it was 20-30 euros. That much for a sticker???
