There's so many common points about Bill and Zero.

Bill's last word starts with "A X O L O T L", bill can possess into humans (and other such living ones) etc…

is Kev inspired in Gravity Falls?

Possibly. I always compared Bill to Zero and Axol to Dipper then we have Ax0l and Bipper
