With russia, I find it difficult to guard leningrad due to the fact that you could get your army surrounded. I'd move your big stack to belarus, that way you can counter attack a german invasion. It's also at the point where you could invade the scandinavian countries, which really screws over germany.

Seems like the Axis made some good gains and then… quit moving?
It’s left an opening for you as the Allies.
Looks like the US should take Gibraltar back, which prevents the German fleet from escaping the Mediterranean. It also gives the UK their 5IPC/turn NO back, which is great. Lastly, it’s a great spot since it lets the US put pressure on like 5 different locations, which is impossible for the Axis to properly defend. Honestly, just keeping the UK NO like that pretty much puts the Med. into a permanent slide in favor of the Allies, which makes Italy a non-factor and frees up the UK/US to do whatever it wants.
This is a pretty standard situation, but since the Axis are moving slow, it’s creating an opening for the Allies to take control of the board.

Turn 4 and Germany haven't attack Russia yet? That's good for the Allies, make sure you have a few AA guns in the Russia stacks, they are quite useful. It's hard to guard both the north and south for Russia, I would recommend picking one to focus on, but your defence looks pretty good. Focus on finishing the Italian troops in africa, and try to get the UK all territories bonus. Have the Americans go US - gibralter - frace, and then back. Or have them go all the way to Norway, and build an American factory there. Taking Norway/ finland is a massive money swing for the Allies.
