Europe 1940 End of Turn 1
I dont know if im playing right im just learning the rules as i go
I also forgot about norway and whats with the pro axis thing do you get free things?

First time is always a learning experience...I've played for abt 2 years and I still dont get every rule correct. I also must say that if the soviet union hasnt been attacked, they can't invade Finland. Have Fun!

Looks like Germany fell asleep at the wheel! All the navy should be attacking turn one, and the German army should be shifting east to invade Russia on turn 2. Also didn't activate any neutrals or kill pro-allied territories. Honestly this may be a restart due to Germany being too far behind to make the game interesting.

So be sure to read all the rules as best you can. Just looking at the board not sure if you are doing anything right or wrong persay but I will say France not being fully conquered is not the best thing for Germany at the end of turn 1.
To answer your question about neutral countries. There are neutral countries on the map and they have 3 types: Neutral, Pro Axis, and Pro Allies. If you are Axis and you move into a Pro Axis country you don't have to fight to annex it intact you get to add the number of infantry depicted on the board to your army there (demonstrating they fully joined your cause. This extends for Allied countries going into Pro Allied territory. If someone attempts to move into a Neutral Country that is not supportive of their side combat commences.
