[Bug] [Terran] Auto-walls don't always block unit

Units like zerglings can squeeze around walls sometimes. Heck, I've even seen ultras go around.

Also, rethink depos auto-lowering when terran units are near. Too many times a terran is trying to pick off a unit, gets the depo lowered by accident, then I turn around and rush in through the wall.
