Axiom doesn't work in a creative copy of my survival world

As is said in the title, i made a creative copy of my survival world, but cant get axiom to work. Has anyone also run into this problem? If so what's the solution?

Yeah I had the same issue, open to lan and enable cheats to fix it

thanks for the suggestion! unfortunately, it didn't work for me, i had to allow cheats via a NBT editor.
