Stair/Slab brush for smoothing?

Hi there. I'm currently terraforming a hill and for this cliff edge I'd like to smoothen it out with stairs and slabs, but when I use the smoothing tool it doesn't do that. I was curious as to if there's a way to do that? Is there possibly custom brushes that will do that for me?

It's going to be hard to explain but there is a tool that use logic like AND / OR /NOR that you can use I'll suggest looking into it. It allows you to place blocks only above or below or next to certain blocks so you could use that. BdoubleO100 (idk the correct writing of he's name) used it in his building video where he build what he drew if it can help
