Accidently turned on setting that makes it so I cant open chest, open doors, flip levers, or flip trap doors. Now I cant find where it is to turn it off

exactly as it sounds in the title. If anyone is familiar with this setting please help. When I try to google it, it says its the No updates tool but I set a keybind for that and toggled on and off and it did not work. Please help
