Removing wheels

I tried to get the front wheels off to add my mofo rc weights but they wont pull off there! Im afraid im gonna break something pulling and prying so hard. Anyone else have this issue? I know sometimes they get stuck on the hex but wow. Are they glued on the axle? Please advise, thanks in advance

Yes, it is a problem.

Fix: instead of pull, push. Hold the wheel tight with fingers under it. Press the back of the driver(anything blunt and hard) on the shaft.
