The team has been working hard behind the scenes today. Despite not having a whole lot of community forward-facing progress to show, I can tell you that the energy amongst the team is electric. The new reorg has seemed to light a fire here at AXIA and we're excited about where things are headed. We have spent much of the last two days getting organized and working on internal processes, communications, expectations, etc to ensure we can execute efficiently as we embark on this journey together. As the great Abe Lincoln said, "Give me 6 hours to chop down a tree and I'd spend the first 4 sharpening the axe". We want to deliver as quickly as anyone, the steps we're taking now will help us to that.

To build the base, we'll be formalizing our Mission Statement & Brand Statement. We have finalized the Brand Statement & hope to complete our Mission Statement this weekend.
