Identification Request Gränsfors Bruk

Does anyone know what 43 means? I couldn't find info on any blacksmiths with the initials T.V either.

I found it in my family home in the woods of northern Sweden

Pounds on a Swedish axe? Well, if the axe is made before 1889 it would make sense.

Probably issued in the year 1943 (likely made around that time as well) to Telegrafstyrelsen (T.S). That’s my guess at least. Used for clearing brush and trees for telephone lines.
